Location: Oldbury (office based 5 days a week)
Role: Desk Based Supervisor
Salary: 39,000

Responsibilities of the Supervisor:

Overseeing contract performance, liaising with residents and customers
Ensure Operatives, suppliers and subcontractors follow health and safety guidelines and deliver high quality work on time
Schedule appointments in collaboration with the call centre
Complete risk assessments, toolbox talks and submit pre-inspection reports
Attend regular team meetings

What the ideal Supervisor would look like:

Experience in the repairs and maintenance industry
Familiar with health and safety regulations and maintenance processes
Full, clean UK driving licence
